1. Working principles:
The screws of the Mixing tank are rotating along the self-axes meanwhile revoluting along the central axes of conical container, so it is also called planetary conical mixer.
There are 4 working form in the cylinder
A. Rotation: Raise material along the helical blades
B. Revolution: Bring the material to run in circle in the container
C. Rotation combined with revolution can make material absorbed by screw and dispersed by centrifugal forces effect
D. Upgraded material fall down because of gravity, the materials move up and down, and inter-diffuse, convect with each other from full orientation space in the mixer
2. Application:
Powder-Powder, Powder-Grain, Powder-Liquid, Grain-Grain etc.
3. Options:
(1) Motor: Ordinary motor, Explosion-proof motor, Frequency conversion motor.
(2) Decelerator: Xseries gear decelerator, Cycloid decelerator, Worm decelerator.
(3) Discharging valve: Flap valve, Spherical surface valve, Quincunx valve, State standard valve, Non-standard discharging valve.
